Affinity Condo Resort is a great for both long-term monthly rentals or just for a few days. There are different rate discounts at the 3, 6 and 12-month stays but even you only stay for a few days, their rack rate is very reasonable.
I’ve stayed at the Affinity for a combined 6 months in 2011. The friendly staff at the hotel makes it feel like your home away from home. Everyone is easy to get to know and they’ll always remember your name. The staff now feels like my extended family.
All of the rooms are setup with a kitchen, which is great if you’re staying a long time. You can save a lot of money by doing groceries and making food at home. If you’re not into cooking you can always bring your groceries to the cook and he’ll make it for you at a small fee. I would usually get a bunch of food made and keep it in my refrigerator for meals throughout the week.
Most of the suites are either studio or 1-bedrooms. Each room is a different size, layout and price. You can go to their website to choose the room that you like and see if there is any availability. Their online booking system is directly connected to the website, so you can always see if your room is available.
Each room has:

- 32-inch flat screen TVs (with Cable and DVD player)
- Refrigerator / Stove / Sink

- Balcony (some rooms only)

I loved waking up and going to the roof for my morning coffee and clearing my emails. I would take a dip in the pool and lay in the sun for bit. Then, drop off my laundry and they’d drop if off in my room later in the afternoon.
The most important feature for me was the high-speed internet in my room. I was able to keep with all my work and never had any problems. I will definitely be back to this hotel again.
